What sounds do you work on if a child has no front teeth? Is it ok to work on s, sh, t, ch L, etc. I have a couple of preschool children that have lost their front teeth and I struggle with what sounds to work on because their intelligibility is so bad. Would appreciate any thoughts, ideas, Thanks.
