I actually have a student that I work with who is missing her two front teeth. She works on /s, sh, z, ch/. She also did an intensive oral motor program, working a lot on tongue retraction. I think it's okay to work on as long as they understand where tongue placement should be...so when the teeth do come in they can continue to make hte correct sound production
