voice therapy in young 4 year old

I have a 4 year old who recently had a pharyngoplasty due to short velum (structural) Post surgery, he remains hypernasal- Any ideas on therapy; and/or follow-up? He cannot produce fricatives/continuants- All suggestions are really appreciated. Thanks.
