13 year old with apraixa

Help! I have very limited experience with apraxia.. and have only worked with one preschool age child where I did cv vc cvc type work. I now have a 13 year old. He is able to maintain intelligibility when speaking in 2-3 word utterances but breaks down completely (5-10% intelligible) when telling a story. He is also very hesitant to give much info (obviously). It also seems to vary session by session. I honestly have NO idea where to begin. We just play games and work on repairing conversation right now (2 sessions). Please please please help me!
