I once used the "Elefun" game to visually demonstrate that the elephant toy blew his air out of his nose/trunk and that is why the butterflies came out. People mostly use air coming out of their mouths. The four year old girl got the idea quite readily although she needed ongoing therapy to work on the oral sounds!
