I suspect a submucosal cleft with a three year old that I work with. She has a lot of hypernasality and uses constant nasal snorts. She also had her adenoids removed, which I understand is a big no-no. I asked the mom to check with her ENT...she told me he said she did not have the cleft. I still think she does, but mom won't give me anything in writing. What do I do about treatment?
