Great question! Did you ever get an answer? I have a 4th grade student who is unintelligible. The only phoneme he really can't produce is /r/ but it is compounded by extremely hyponasal speech. Have talked to the parents several times about being seen by an ENT but nothing medical has ever been evaluated. I am at a loss of what to do?
