assessment tool for 16 yr old with O-M issues

Any suggestions for a good standardized evaluation for a 16 year old girl with O-M issues. This needs to be done as part of her 3 year reevaluation of skills. She was diagnosed with O-M issues as a little girl. The last evaluation only included a Goldman Fristoe. Thanks!!
