Use a piano or toy xylaphone. Identify what is high pitch vs low pitch. Start at single word level, then sentences etc. Use low,easy speech like you would do with a stutterer. My kids have a card, with a guy going up and over and back down a little hill. My kids raise the vocal pitch at the end of the sentence which makes them sound really odd.
