I have a 2 year old boy with a repaired cleft lip and palate. I don't know where to begin with therapy?? His language skills are low, so do I just build vocabulary/language, or do I target specific sounds.He will imiate the vowel sounds "i" and "e" What about oral motor excercises and palatal stimulation. He is orally averisve and refuses to let anyone close to his mouth. Please HELP!!! I would appreciate any suggestions!
