Thanks for the advice, I will definitely try those things. Do you have to special order the nuk's? I know they sell some non special needs products too. No, he doesn't have any choking. I found out the other day that he has a chromosomal abnormality that may be related to prader-willi; I know that disorder is heavily associated with overstuffing food and such, so I'm not sure what my role is there until we find out for sure from his physician. For now, the techniques you suggested will at least give me something to do in therapy. Thanks!
