I have a 12 yr old female client with a history of depression, migranes and a tonsillectomy in November. She remains voiceless 24/7. She uses a whisper only - which I have discouraged. An ENT cleared her for therapy. I have recently been able to ellict phonation on /u/ Any feedback?
