help for 'ch' and nasal 's' and 'z'

I have an elementary student who for the life of me I cannot get to produce the 'ch' sound. She does produce the 'sh' correctly. Any tricks? I also have twins that produce the 's' and 'z' sounds through their nose. I can get them to produce the /t/ to a /s/ - they day the /t/ and "drag" it for as long as they can - there is an /s/! But cannot get the /s/z/ alone without the /t/ sound first. Any help with ideas would be greatly appreciated - especially as the school year is quickly coming to an end and I would love to "jump start" them! Thank you.
