I am a speech pathologist and had been asked to listen to one of my child's friends speech by his parents. What this child does is say a complete sentence and repeat the sentence over completely under his breath. You can visibly see his lips moving repeating what he just said. He doesn't do it all the time, but if I was to estimate it would be at least 50% of his verbalizations. He does not seem aware that he is doing this. The repeated sentence is repeated as smoothly as the first. No one has brought it to his attention. Has anyone ever seen anything like this? Thanks for the help
Debbie
