Agree on the ENT eval. In addition, the drooling can come from a tongue tied child (tight frenulum)who is unable to consistently and properly swallow. As a further thought, excessive drooling with constant ear infections and cold symptoms sets off a huge lightbulb for allergies. One of the first allergies to look into should be the possibility of a dairy intolerance.
