Do not let parents intimidate you or your suggestions. These parents sound like they would give Wayne Secord a hard time, as well. Follow your training, advice from others, your state regs. and your heart. The final decisions should be what helps the child--it should have nothing to do with how the parents will react. Imagine how they will feel 10 years from now when it is suggested again by someone like you that the child see an ENT. They will think back to how they negatively reacted to your suggestions and realize that it was their mistake.
