I have a Downs child I treat with macroglossia, we do a lot of oral motor treatment with her. The problem is her tongue is always protruding and she cannot drink from a cup. The OT and I have been working together but have so far been unsuccessful in helping her. If anyone has any ideas/suggestions on how to get her tongue to stay inside her mouth I would really appreciate it. Thanks
