Its the jaw, the jaw, the jaw. Jaw strengthening and lip closure exercises. Bite blocks, resistance to build up the massester muscle.The tongue has a harder time coming forward if the jaw is in a normal position.Good Luck. WorK on the tone of the tongue versus just getting it in.
