Damn I think I did win at least between my ears. Imogene and Darlene both came up and its always great to see the Duke City Raceway Family but best of all my Dad came and watched me race at 81 years old he's the best race fan in my eyes having him here made me the big winner tonight. I finished next to last in my heat and had two cars behind me in the first b-main but I did also pass LC Kesterson only to have him slip by me again on the last lap as I was passing a lapped car other wise it would have been a 3 pass night. Had a great field of cars Jessie started on the pole led for about 10 laps but credit to John Carney Jr he was on it tonight them 305 guys from down south know how to hammer. Race highlights Carney Jr smoking the first heat race with all the heavy hitters in it. Jessie drawing the 1 pill and starting on the pole. Derrick Ortega starting at the back of the b-main and almost transferring 3rd only took two. Lots of cars track was racey good people should be a good show again tomorrow I have cussed and discussed what I need to do and it boils down to go faster thru the corners or go faster thru the corners or quit moanin and go faster thru the corners come on down.
