I would like to first start by thanking thomas hunter for putting me in his mini sprint for the night. it was a great experience and I had a blast. those things are a lot of fun and really get it on! I took 3rd in the heat. aaron wheeler won the heat with kenny wheeler behind him. thomas broke the chain in the heat. I opted not to run the dash in hopes that I could help thomas get his car ready for the main. aaron also won the dash over kenny. in the main we decidedthat it was not gonna get fixed so I told thomas to get in his other car and go race it. aaron completed the clean sweep with a win. kenny took 2nd and thomas 3rd. I would also like to congratulate kenny wheeler on solidifying the 2009 mini sprint championship tonight!
grants is a fun place to run a mini sprint! if u have a mini sprint and have yet to race there... I highly recommend it! if interested I know of a couple for sale and pretty affordable too!
I missed a lot of results tonight so I apologize ahead of time. I do know that clyde boardwine won the street stocks and julius billy took his first win in a long time in the hobby stock main. I missed the cruiser and bomber finish as we were working on the mini sprint (sorry).
