sorry mike, we are working on a complete response. was planning on calling you last night but we had some "issues" that we had to take care of last night which i will explain later. (non racing related believe it or not haha) You email was greatly appreciated and I think that I can shine some light on some of it just as you shined some light on things for me. All drivers DQd for rough driving do not get pd. Mechanical black flags will get pd.
