Hello after seeing all that has been said about the hobby stocks at UCS I feel that I should say something as well. I was one of the first to go to UCS to race the #11 hobby that had been racing at Hollywood Hills. Like any track you go to you must meet there rules which I did not. Had to take the quick steer out and change the engine balancer. I changed the steering in the pits that night and was ok for the night. What I’m saying here is no matter where you race you must meet the rules. There was a car that came that ran UCS rules at Hollywood this summer(or the year before) and raced with us. He won and got DQ (tires to wide) I think it was the M1 car, my point is rules. It would not be fair if I did not meet the rules to the UCS cars or any other hobby’s that did meet UCS rules to let a win stand.
To UCS thanks for everything. The times I did race there felt at home and part of the family. Anyone going to UCS in the hobby stock class there are some racers there that know that track well and will race you very hard. Being a member of UCS and plans of racing there more in 2010 will change my cars to meet there rules whatever the rule are for 2010. May even go and add input to any rules for 2010.
Thank you all at UCS for all the hard work.
