You folks that run the UCS track are in a real tough position! With the closing of HH and Tre coming on to help promote, your track exposure and utilization ramped up steeply. I believe you all try real hard to meet the new demands and the learning curve has been steep indeed. You've had some bigger events, larger counts, more to keep track of. Public criticizm is to be expected, it's how you deal with it is what's important. Just because comments (like mine) are on a public forum doesn't mean you have to respond. Most seasoned track operators stop at simply posting contact numbers and leave it at that. If whatever it is is so important, then do it over the phone or face-to-face. As you already know, there are more people pleased with the racing than not. Hang in there, don't let it get to you.
