198.175.175.57
Which probably explains the mass exodus up to the X-Mod class...
A lot more bang for the buck...
Now they just gotta tech em.
A couple of the hobby/street stocks last week sounded more like A mods.
Hindsight is 10/10..but in retrospect, they should of done as they do down south...
Same motor package in street stock as X Mod...
Makes it a ton easier to move up.
Guess the Cruces haters won that deal.
Last week in El Paso they had 25 streets and 27 X mods...and EP has never been known for large car counts.
Funny how the people who politicked for roller rockers/stud girdles in the X mod class...
are anti bead lock/floater in the streets...hmmm.
Glad those stupid additions never came to fruition.
Lastly...your spot on point about the USRA mod sanction dealio...that might be the only thing that brings the mods back to life.
Last week 7 A mods...4th place in the mod Main made a whopping $35.00
Buddy of mine in Show Low ran last and got $90.00
In 08@HHS with Bobby Seals promoting and Richard and Anna Johnson running the mod division we ave. 26-28 cars
Low of 22...high of 31
Last season Sandia opening night drew 23 mods(3 Cruces cars)
...How you kill that stout a division that fast is beyond me.
Rant over,
Carry on..
