Tre when they were discussed those 3 things were discussed and yes safety was number one issue. They are both optional you dont have to run them ( i dont) we were already allowed a 9 inch so whats a floater? (a SAFER 9 inch) . Ok and the beadlock yes it costs a little more then a regular wheel the purpose of having them was to try to keep cars on the track without blowing a right rear and taking cars out of the race. Neither of the new changes were performance enhancing they were safety enhancing. The only change that was Mandatory was the Raceciever.
