Truman,
Are these true quarter midget like they run on the asphalt at Napa/Sandia?
I ask because I remember the four corners region had a strong showing of cage-karts that they ran on the dirt but they were powered by large (8- 12 horsepower) four stroke engines. If I recall they ran them under a wing as well.
In either case it sounds like a great idea to help groom the next generation of dirt slingers.
