Joe, please see Napaspeedway.com the rules for the Street Stocks (formally Hobby Stocks) will answer those questions for you. Add some weight and mufflers our guys can run up there!
P.S. Joe the cars in which you were referring to as being Street Stocks, 4 barrel carbs, weight jacks, Hoosier Softy tires, they have gone away sadly.
