To answer my own question, heard word from out west, board to review incident no one banned yet. Kevin Chavez who was turned over is OK, only injuries were to the car. I am sure the board will handle it. Richard Jarmillio was the other driver involved. Sorry for posting that he was banned already, when in fact he has not been at this time.
