how about enforcing the rules (the acutal rules that are written). I flushed over $100 down the toilet because raceivers were mandatory but find out half the racers dont have them. we spend 20 minutes every caution trying to get a lineup with people that dont even know whats going on.
you cant hear the officials when the race starts = you start scratch on every restart, saves 30 min, saves the moisture in the track, fans leave happy. rules are rules arent they? you cant pick the rules you feel like enforcing..
