Last night was my first time to the Las Cruces dirt track, I watched a Track run a smooth program of racing, it was like clock work, the Checkered flag flew, the cars finished the Cool-down lap and they went off and the next field came on, all 4 classes ran as if every position was worth Mega bucks, door to door with zero fear. the only 2 minor negatives: (#1) someone needs to tell the Track announcer he has a Super speaker system and could have called the races from across the room, my ears are still ringing from the sound of his voice and the Fireworks music, the Mods were loud, the speakers were louder. (#2) What was the purpose of the MVT Games and Holly Jones, can't you hear yourself, did you really need to yell into the Mic of that Blasting speaker system? So I learned 2 things about Southern New Mexico Speedway, Bring your Dust goggles for the later races and bring ear protection but not from the cars but the Speaker system and it's users.
