If all I had to do was as you say "Look you or someone named Sarah Up" and asked for the volume to be turned down, would 1 paying fan (Me) been listened to? I think I would have about as much power as asking for the Water truck to come out because there was too much dust in the air, I could be wrong, you may have had to do this before in the past but I really don't see it being that easy to get the Sound turned down!
