There is always hope, as a driver in that very race race I can say that it was a very dumb call to go green when we did. That aside I can also tell you that the idea of watering during caution should be stopped, why after I have set up my car for a specific track condition suddenly have those conditions change mid-race, then be asked to waste more fuel, get my car weighted down by mud, get the car warmer than it should be at the beggining of a race, and then go race. Wrong set-up, car wieghing more than it should, enigne warmer than it should be, lower on fuel than origanally planned for, and now I'm frustrated to boot should really help boost car counts. Water before the race, this way everyone has an equal chance. Fire the idiot that loves to over water the track, I promise it won't be the first dirt track that has fired him from driving the water truck. I think that would solve most of the issues.
