Here is what I know,Floyd Reynolds was a Member of American Leigon post #9 Who desided around 1950 Aztec needed a Dirt Track, He headed up a group of fellow Leigon members, Wayne Martin,Archie Lopez,Larry Pulis,Mike Clifford,Gean Steward Frank Bower and many more The manager to get AZTEZ SPEEDWAY up and running around 1951, Mr Reynolds ran the race track for many years after his death in the late 60'S the FLOYD REYNOLDS MEMORIAL RACE was born
