mudyard 50/50 update: mods and stock cars

after speaking with several of the drivers in the street stock/stock car class we are pleased to announce the ammended schedule...

the stock cars will now run a 25 lap feature with no competition caution. this race will now pay 500 to win .

the modifieds will now run for 750.00 to win! they are slated for a 30 lap main event.

don't forget all classes pay the 50.00 pre entry. this discount is only until this weekend. after that it goes up to 75.00

the entry fee covers the car and driver for the night! we had a lot of drivers register this weekend!

thanks to everyone for their support and we look forward to seeing u all very soon!

annette and mike have entry forms at snms for those interested. (gotta thank snms for their support too!)

if you are interested in sponsoring this event we have several spots on the victory lane backdrop avaliable! the backdrop is 12 ft tall and 16 ft wide!

Two questions-
Since you are lowering the advertised purse, why not lower the entry fee?
Why would you only speak to "several" of the stock car drivers and not all of them? Seems like you should have at least spoke with all the driver who already paid the entry fee. Now we paid an entry fee expecting what was advertised and are getting something else.

the hobby stocks remain and is garaunteed 1000 to the winner. we have had and continue to get a great response from drivers at aztec and snms along with many from central nm! I was in aztec on friday and will be headed to las cruces on the 3rd I think (tenative right now) to see if I can help out with car counts from those 2 areas.

REMEMBER THE PREENTRY DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO THIS SATURDAY!!! SAVE MONEY AND ENTER ASAP!

I will be in farmington tuesday (tomorrow) if anyone would like me to drop off entry forms up there, just let me know!

Tre I know if you were to allow after market heads and headers for the hobby stocks you would most likely double your car count. Just a thought? peace......

the headers are allowed. just gotta add the weight in front of the motorplate if you have them on.

Or by street/stock cars do you mean only street stocks? Or do you mean steets and Hobbys, cuz thats what I got out of it.
