Aztec Speedway this Friday & Saturday

Aztec Speedway will be hosting a double header this Friday and Saturday with the IMCA modifieds being the main event with 700 to win each night. With the confirmation of some Colorado cars already being registered its sure to be a great show Racing starts at 7:30 on Friday and 7:00 on Saturday.

Wish you all the best but here is a word of advice..
1. Keep volume on speaker system down.
2. Make sure no dust
3.If you have a major sponsor don't let them recognize or let their employees have any fun on front straight.

Your vision could never work. You wouldn't like the way he parked your car, drove you to the gate or the toilet either & then all of us would have a whole new set of gripes spewing from your keypad to deal with. Since I haven't seen Jesus named as promoter or racer you will just have to deal with all of our human imperfections. Try to just sit back & enjoy the races for once. The rest of us do.

Well Don, you have become the official guy to hate. Jesus said so. You never owned, drove, crewed, conjured or constructed a race car so any thoughts or opinions you have must be the work of the great Satin. Me on the other hand, I guess I'm free to speak (even though I couldn't drive a nail through a snow bank).

So, what do I think ... I don't think, I just exist, I find life is a lot easier like that....

I said it in a earlier post, Don Travis, fell out of his ROCKING CHAIR... Give the old whinny baby a break, the guy used too be one heck of a race car driver/promoter? I am just not sure where it was! I did hear of a track back in the day call Race From My Couch Speedway! Apparently they had a bunch of no name drivers racing there, that where really nothing(just saying)! Oh and I think those of us in the ABQ may know 1 or 2 of them.... But I have heard of some supposed, TALK OUT MY A%# Championships being won!

Unfortunately I can't make it to Aztec this weekend so you are not going to see a post from me after this weekend. Even if I did attend Aztec, in my eyes, Aztec is the perfect Dirt track and can do no wrong, if I could afford to, I'd live between Aztec & Napa Speedway so I could see the best in car racing.

I spoke to the track operator about the rain tonight, but he was unwilling to do anything to stop it. I was also quite concerned with the mud, but nobody provided any driers. It will be the last time I go, at least until 2 weeks. Royal, they listened to you; no dust, PA under control, no sponsor celebrations. Mr. Travis is welcome to visit any time, this place has been beat up a lot worse in 60 years!
