New to the pageant world,,,,please help.....

We are doing a Sundays Best Pageant in June. We got a brown/pink smock dress but we were told that she should not wear that dress, that she needs to wear a pastel colored dress. Right now we have a Light Blue Smock dress, A Ivory Smock dress that i can add any color bows too, and the brown/pink smock dress...which one do you think she should wear? I am all confused now!?!?!?! HELP!
