Why is it ok to have judges with a natural pageant background judge a full glitz pageant?

And the scores reflect this. I understand this is all based on opinion and they are human just like us. But why do glitz pageant directors use natural pageant judges? That is not fair to us moms who prepare our dd's outfits/hair/makeup according to glitz standards but continually see the more natural contestants do better when the natural pageant judges are there.
