30 days - I can't believe it!

Hello friends! I have made it to the 30 day mark and when I look back it actually just feels like a flash! I have lost 20 pounds! I am just a little sad that I can't post a higher number, I guess the picking has messed with the process. Still more than I lost on any other diet in 30 days!!! The next 30 days I am devoted to two things...getting moving and removing the pick! Hope the next 30 days go by in a flash!!
