Good morning, everyone:
Just checking in to let you know that I'm still going. I had to go "undercover" with Atkin's for a few social occasions. However, I am still SSing when I return home.
Trying to stay focused with the exercise. I'm not an exercise person, but the stationary bicycle is my friend when it's too cold to do anything else.
