Never say FAIL.....Just Do It...it is so simple you can't fail. Follow the program, and it will work. You'll never know how long it will take until you do it. Everyone is different....so the amounts that Cambridge says are averages. Focus on your goal don't worry about how long it will take.
You can do this.....just put yourself in a positive mindset.
