well so far today i've been okay and stuck to it!! yey!! one day at a time!
i've got friends b.day on fri night, think they are a bit angry i wont be going for the meal, which i feel bad about, but i really want to do this, and like you said, food will always be there etc and i can always meet my friends after the meal.
