hi, well i got through my first day!!!!!!! 
and doing well so far today! just not looking forward to the weekend, its not so much eating 'real' food but the alcahol, i feel this is going to be my biggest weakness!! tempted to drink, having just a couple, but dont want to mess anything up and obviously i know drinking is not allowed!!!! i sound like a right alcoholic but i do feel its more of an issue with me not being able to drink than it is not being able to eat!! (at the weekends anyway!). and special occassions, i'm not looking forward to this weekend at all because its my brother in laws b.day and they are going out for a meal on friday which i am supposed to be going to 
but i cant go and they are not exactly happy with me about it!! but i am going to do this!!
