A pound a day is great! Stick with you commitment and don't let those old feelings topple your resolve. If you get mad at anything, don't let it be the numbers on the scale, direct it to those feelings that are trying to sabotage you. You are stronger than those emotions.
You are heading down the right path. You are losing weight, not gaining. You are eating healthy and nutritous food to build a healty, slim body.
Stick with it!
