I don't know if this will help~
We all have stress in our everyday lives.
I have found that doing things like journaling,reading,taking a walk on the beach,reading,some alone time, etc... really helps me manage my stress levels.
In the past I would resort to self destruction with emotional eating.
Now when I am feeling weak........I focus on using positive self talk and make the choice to say NO to old habits!
