Geez, I will either drown or be on the toilet all day if I drink half my weight!!!Today is my
3rd day of ssing!so far so good! This is hard to believe but the 1st day I was on the toilet all day and night, kid you not, and I just had to see how much I went down. I was 4 pounds down in one day and night, now I know that will not be everyday and I am not weighing myself except for once a week, maybe! but how much better I feel all ready!Thank you all for your support and I feel I can do it this time.YEA!!!!!Keep Shakin.....
