Hi Ramona, welcome to our Molly support group! I am ssing now and on my 3rd day so lets help each other too. This support board is great!!!! I need to lose 70lbs and have a long way to go and I need your support to. There are those days we just are not to sure what way to go so just talking to each other is great! Hang in there!
