Cambridge does not have it's own manufacturing plant so it is made by others. Some times there is a slight difference in taste or texture depending on where it was made. Usually when I notice something different I call the company, they have their food chemist test it, and then they tell me it is fine. Nutritionally it is the same, but flavor and texture can some times vary. I would encourage you to contact the company yourself and let them know your opinion. They will want the lot number on the bottom of the can. I also noticed that my 330 chocolate was more grainy then usually too but I have not had time to ask about it yet. If you are not happy with the product they should be willing to exchange it for you.
