I am tickled that I have lost what I have lost, I really am. I have lost 63 lbs. in 75 days, the thing is I have only lost 6 lbs. in 2 weeks. I have been having the 3 shakes a day, lots of water........I do not understand. I so wanted to lose 100lbs. in 100 days. Does anyone have any suggestions? Waiting on my exercise equip. to be fixed, so am not exercising. I will not give up as I have come too far to back track. Just looking for ideas........!!! Thanks!
