RUTH, that is a great weight loss. Do not look at that goal, your body might not do that and you will be disappointed. 63 pounds is a great weight loss and I know I am proud of you. I am hoping just to stay on that long. I know from Molly everyone hits plateaus and then all of a sudden you weigh and your down 10 pounds. I would not be a slave to the scale and just maybe go walking until your equipment is repair. Are you getting down to your goal? If this is not it your body id just readjusting to this great loss. Hang in there and keep on shaking and walkin!
