Ruth, You have done wonderful so far and should be so proud of yourself. My advice is to stop concentrating on what you haven't accomplished on your own time line, and start focusing on what you HAVE accomplished. Six pounds in two weeks is great, ask anybody who has ever been on any other diet if they wouldn't be happy with three pounds a month. Focus on how much more healthier you are, not constantly on trying to reach 100 pounds in 100 days.
